Refund Policy

Because our magnets are custom-made using your uploaded photos, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including (but not limited to) choosing the wrong photos, ordering the wrong size/quantity, or wanting to make edits after placing your order.

That said, we want you to love your magnets—and if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right with a remake or refund as appropriate.

48-Hour Reporting Window

To be eligible for a remake or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request Help

Please email us and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging (if damaged)

Once we review your request, we’ll confirm the next steps and whether a replacement (remake) or refund is the best solution.

What’s Not Eligible

Because items are made-to-order, we can’t offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind / no longer needed

  • Photo choices, cropping, or edits you approved (or selected) at checkout

  • Ordering the wrong size, pack, or quantity

  • Minor variations that are normal with handmade products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
